First Ward
Barbara Ervin
Barbara Ervin was sworn in January 2006. She was sworn in for her second term in January of 2010. Ms. Ervin is member of the Capital Planning Committee, and the Alternate to the Turtle Creek Valley Council of Government.
Eugenia Moore
President of Council Eugenia Moore is a Life-Long member of St. Charles Lawanga Parish (formerly Holy Rosary Parish). A Eucharistic Minister for the past eight years, she has also participated in the choir, the Christian Mothers, and the Parish Council. She is also a member of Peter Clavers Ladies Auxiliary. Before moving to Wilkinsburg, Moore was a member of the Board of Directors of East Hills Bracey Drive Tenant Association. She is now an active member of the Cotton Tree Association of Sierra Leone, Pittsburgh Branch, where she serves as the Organizing Secretary. She has worked for over 30 years in the Pediatric Department of Transplantation. In addition, she assisted at Pittsburgh's Healthcare system outreach in Wilkinsburg and did private duty nursing care with special interest for children, disadvantaged citizens, and the elderly. Moore has lived in Wilkinsburg for 20 years, and is a homeowner in the First Ward of Wilkinsburg. She attended Pittsburgh public school system, and is currently attending a distance learning program with Excelsior College, School of Nursing.
Paige Trice
Paige E. Trice was elected to serve her first term on council beginning in 2008. She currently serves as Chair of the Personnel Committee, and is Council's representative to the Turtle Creek Valley Council of Governments. Trice is a former member of the Wilkinsburg Planning Commission, Wilkinsburg Intra-Community Network, and the Wilkinsburg Weed & Seed TALL Team. Presently, Trice serves as vice president of the BCGM Block Club and member of the Wilkinsburg Community Emergency Response Team.
Second Ward
Jason Cohn
After years of being the President of the Hamnett Place Neighborhood Association, Jason Cohn was appointed to the Planning Commission where he concentrated on organizing the Borough's part in the County Vacant Property Program. In 2005, he was elected to Borough Council, and was re-elected to a second term in 2009. Mr. Cohn serves as Vice President and currently chairs the Finance Committee. He also serves on the Public Safety and Joint Tax Committees. Mr. Cohn has been a member of the Wilkinsburg Democratic Committee since 2002. He is also one of the founders of the Wilkinsburg Sun and is currently President of the newsletter's board of directors.

Vanessa McCarthy-Johnson
Vanessa McCarthy-Johnson was elected to serve her first term on Council 2008. She is currently on the Public Safety Committee and a member of the Economic Development Committee. Vanessa is a fully active member of the community, working on committees that help strengethen Wilkinsburg, including Community Day, Arts In the Parks, Toys For Tots, the annual Holiday Parade and Commitment to the Community - PSO Concert in Wilkinsburg. She is one of the founding board members of the Wilkinsburg Sun and a founding member and current President of Wilkinsburg HOOPS. In addition to Council, Vanessa serves on the Board of the Wilkinsburg Branch of The Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania, a member of the Wilkinsburg Weed and Seed AID Team. As an advocate for early childhood education, she was appointed by Governor Ed Rendell to the Early Learning Council and is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning Parent Advisory Council. She is a graduate of Wilkinsburg High School.

Pamela Macklin
Pamela Macklin was elected to Wilkinsburg Council in 1997, 2001 and again in 2009. During her first term Ms Macklin served as Vice President of Council and Chair of the Finance Committee; her second term Ms Macklin served as President of Council and Co-Chair of the Economic Development Committee. For the past 4 years Ms Macklin has served on the Wilkinsburg Planning Commission, as President since 2009 as well as Board Member and Chair of the Economic Restructuring Committee of the Wilkinsburg Community Development Corporation. Ms Macklin is a member of the Wilkinsburg Democratic Committee and was founder of the Princeton Park Block Club. Ms. Macklin is Chair of the Capital Planning Committee, serves on the Finance Committee and was re-appointed to the Planning Commission in 2010. Third Ward
Michael Lefebvre
Michael Lefebvre has been a 3rd Ward Wilkinsburg resident since 2000. He chairs the Public Safety Committee and serves on the Finance and Capital Planning Committees. Mr. Lefebvre is a homeowner and has organized resident-led community improvement projects such as Green Street and Whitney Park clean ups. He is a member of the Planning Commission. He has served on the Wilkinsburg Community Days and Toys for Tots committees for several years. He was elected to Council in 2009. Tracey Evans
Tracey Evans was elected to Wilkinsburg Borough Council in January 2006, and re-elected for a second term starting in January of 2010. She serves on the personnel Committee, and is also the Chair of the Wilkinsburg Municipal Authority and The Wilkinsburg Borough Commercial & Industrial Development Authority. Ms. Evans is also the Secretary of the Wilkinsburg Community Development Corporation which is currently working to revitalize the Borough's Business District. Carl Lewis
Carl Lewis was first elected to Wilkinsburg Council in 2001 and again in 2007. During his first term Mr. Lewis also served as Vice President of Council, as well as Chair of the Finance Committee.He currently is a member of the Personnel Committee. In addition to Wilkinsburg Council, Mr. Lewis also serves on the Board of Directors of the Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority, and is an elected member of the Wilkinsburg Democratic Committee. Active throughout Allegheny County, Carl Lewis is a member of the Allegheny County Democratic Black Caucus, the Allegheny County Black Elected Officials, and is very active with the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, and the Allegheny League of Municipalities.
